Shed The Quarantine-15 At The Outdoor Lagree Fitness Event At Lane Field

One good result of the pandemic is that people were reminded of the many incredible options we have to get exercise in the beautiful San Diego outdoors!

Now that things are returning (more) to normal, outdoor fitness continues to be a draw and, on June 12, fitness lovers or those looking to shed some of that quarantine-15 can spend a gorgeous day outdoors at Lane Field in front of the Intercontinental San Diego for live Lagree classes led by Lagree creator, Sebastien Lagree.

About Lagree Fitness

Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity, low-impact, core, muscular strength, and muscular endurance workout adaptable to all fitness levels. It’s the perfect alternative to other high-intensity training options that can potentially damage the joints and connective tissues.

Lagree Fitness effectively combines strength, endurance, core, cardio, balance, and flexibility training in every move, and men and women of all ages and abilities can benefit from this complete body workout. The workout will happen on the Mirco workout machines made specifically for Lagree workouts.

The event will feature food and apparel vendors, a DJ, photo booth, goodie bags and more! All attendees will receive an exclusive coupon for 25% off a Micro and Micro accessories (must physically attend the class to receive your personal coupon code).
