TRUST Restaurant Unveils Balboa Park Inspired Cocktail Collection

TRUST Restaurant, one of San Diego’s most acclaimed neighborhood eateries helmed by owner and executive chef, Brad Wise, has unveiled a cocktail collection celebrating one of the city’s most picturesque places, Balboa Park.

We were lucky to be sitting at the bar the night they rolled out a test of the new menu, and they are goooooood!

A perfect date!

Sprawling across 1,200 lush acres in America’s Finest City, Balboa Park is over 150 years old and is home to many historic and prominent San Diego monuments including an array of lush gardens, more than 16 museums, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, and much more.

TRUST, located on Park Blvd., is just blocks away from the San Diego landmark. Taking a walk in the park or paying a visit to one of its amazing museums, and then making your way to TRUST for dinner and cocktails, is a perfect date!

Taking inspiration from its colorful flora, signature buildings, and gathering places, bar manager, Jessica Stewart, translated her vision into a series of cocktails that pay homage to the majestic sights, history and culture, architecture, and attractions that come together in the outdoor wonderland.

Each cocktail paints a drinkable picture and invites diners to tour the park through vibrantly garnished glasses.
