Bivouac’s Holiday Hangout + “Scenic Route” Cider Release
Bivouac Ciderworks invites you to celebrate the festive season with the release of Bivouac’s new ‘Scenic Route’ cider, ornament making (a vintage camping lantern), flannel sugar cookies from neighboring Blackmarket Bakery, holiday tunes, and Christmas movies, happening December 19th!
Take the ‘Scenic Route’!
The release of Bivouac Ciderworks’ ‘Scenic Route’ Forest Berry Apple Cider is the second installment in the cidery’s Road Trip series exploring the West Coast’s legendary Pacific Coast Highway or ‘PCH’. Available at the North Park taproom on draft and in 16 oz. cans, the 6% ABV cider combines ripe pomegranate, crisp apple, and evergreen sage flavors with a hint of sea salt — it’s juicy, aromatic, and slightly savory.

The new release takes inspiration from the scenic cliff-hugging stretch of the rugged Pacific Coast Highway (or State Route 1) through Big Sur. Can artwork (by West Coast-based artist, Holly Di Cecco) captures camping at Limekiln State Park in the shadow of the landmark Highway One bridge, nestled among 700 acres of majestic redwoods and ponderosa pines on the California coast.
