George’s At The Cove La Jolla Introduce New Winter Menu

George’s at the Cove, the La Jolla landmark restaurant with unbeatable views of The Cove, which will celebrate its 40th anniversary next year, has introduced several new seasonal menu items for these harsh ‘winter’ months in America’s Finest City. 😉

Executive Chef Trey Foshee and his team bring you the finest and freshest culinary delights, whether dining on its Ocean Terrace with picturesque views of La Jolla Cove or from the cozy inside space Level2.

George’s At The Cove new winter menu items:

Starters

Smoked Salmon Tartare – capers, shallot, lemon crème fraice, jalapeno potato chips
Kampachi Sashimi – radish, pickled shiitake, puffed rice, black pepper ponzu
Crab Tostada – pickled cucumber, avocado, cilantro, sesame oil

Salads

Chopped Salad – kale, crispy chickpeas, apple, pomegranate, sweet potato, salami vinaigrette
Citrus Salad – local lettuces, carrots, cucumber, daikon, crispy shallot, honey cashews, kumquat-sesame dressing

Entrees

Sweet Potato Gnocchi – kale, brown butter whey, pecorino romano, sage
Rigatoni – pork and clam Bolognese, spicy bread crumbs
Vegetable Paella – saffron aioli, pepper sofrito, crispy rice
Maple Leaf Farm Duck Breast – roasted carrot, tangerine marmalade, vadouvan

Desserts

Guava Tres Leches – vanilla bean sponge, white chocolate guava cremeux, anglaise
