Eat, Drink, and Give Back at Taste of EastLake 2026
If you’re looking for a summer night out that actually means something, this one’s worth circling. The EastLake Educational Foundation is hosting its annual Taste of EastLake event at the Chula Vista Elite Training Center – yes, the iconic facility formerly known as the Olympic Training Center – and it’s shaping up to be one of the south bay’s standout evenings of the season.

Garden Party Meets Local Food Scene
The setting alone is reason to show up. Nestled in a garden party-inspired environment at one of Chula Vista’s most recognized landmarks, Taste of EastLake brings together 40+ local food and beverage purveyors for an evening of great eats, drinks, and good company.
Think of it as a curated tour through some of the region’s best flavors, all in one place and all under the open sky.
Live entertainment and a silent auction round out the night, giving you plenty to do between bites and sips. It’s a well-paced, well-organized event that moves at a social rhythm – the kind where you can linger at a table, try something new, and strike up a conversation with the person next to you.

A Night Out With Real Impact
This is a 21+ event, and every dollar from ticket sales goes directly toward technology and innovation programs for EastLake K-12 public schools. So while you’re enjoying local brews and bites, you’re also contributing to something that has a real effect on the community – no fundraising gimmicks, just 100% of proceeds going where they’re needed.
Tickets are limited, and there’s a pricing incentive to lock in early, so don’t sit on this one too long.

See you there!
Taste of EastLake is one of those evenings that delivers on every front – great food, a beautiful setting, live music, and a cause worth supporting. We’ll see you there.
