Big Night at Ponyboy Brings an Iconic Culinary Cinema Experience to Point Loma
Big Night at Ponyboy is coming to The Pearl Hotel—and it’s bringing a five-course feast to match its cinematic namesake. This Culinary Cinema Experience with Cesarina pairs with the team at Ponyboy for a dreamy, Italian-inspired dive-in movie night under the stars.
Inspired by the beloved 1996 film Big Night, the menu is a love letter to Italian-American classics, including the showstopping timpano, along with chicken piccata, sgroppino, and spumoni ice cream sandwiches.
Expect old-world flavors, bold wines, and a poolside screening that brings the entire experience to life.

- Caesar Salad: Romaine, charred radicchio, crispy artichokes, parmesan
- Timpano: Four pasta, tomato béchamel, basil
- Chicken Piccata: ‘Nduja, potato purée, capers
