17th Annual St. Baldrick’s Shave-a-Thon at Nason’s Beer Hall
Nason’s Beer Hall at Pendry San Diego is hosting the 17th Annual St. Baldrick’s Foundation Shave-a-Thon, a community event that raises funds and awareness for childhood cancer research.
Hosted by Frankie V of Channel 93.3, the afternoon will be filled with spirit as San Diegans “go bald” to support kids fighting cancer. Professional stylists from GLO Hair Studio will provide the trims starting at noon.
The Experience + Bonus Perks
Admission is $15 for adults (includes one raffle ticket) and kids are free. All participants who raise at least $50 will receive an official event t-shirt.
100% of proceeds go directly to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants. It’s the kind of event where showing up matters, whether you’re shaving your head or just there to support the cause.
Hoppy Hour Menu Available
Nason’s Beer Hall will have Hoppy Hour available, with menu highlights including Draft Beer ($10), Well Cocktails ($17), House Wine ($6), Giant Pretzel ($10), Buffalo Chicken Fries ($9), Half-Priced Classic Cheeseburger ($10), and Chips & Guac ($9).
You can grab food and drinks while watching the shaves and supporting the community.

Guests and locals are welcome to join the festivities, whether it’s participating in the annual shave or supporting with attendance.
