Sweat it Out With a Skyline View

First up, get your morning moving with an energizing mat Pilates class overlooking the downtown skyline, in partnership with Ethereal Balance.

Stick around after class for local vendor pop-ups, breakfast bites, and community-focused wellness experiences, plus access to the rooftop pool once you’re done.

Honestly, it’s hard to think of a better way to start a summer morning in downtown San Diego. It’s the kind of morning that makes waking up early feel worth it.

A Night of Laughs

Looking for something a little more low-key?

Andaz is hosting a Don’t Tell Comedy pop-up in its Studio Loft space, and if you haven’t been to one of these before, here’s the deal: surprise lineups packed with some of today’s top comedians, turning an unexpected venue into a genuinely great night out.

Expect an up-close set in one of downtown’s more distinctive spaces. Part of the fun is not knowing who’s going to walk on stage until they do.

Saddle Up for a Rooftop Hoedown

Next, saddle up for an afternoon of country-inspired fun as Andaz brings the Wild West to its rooftop.

Think live country music, DJ-led line dancing, classic backyard games, and activations from local vendors, all with rooftop views to match.

Whether you know every line dance step or you’re figuring it out as you go, this one’s built for good-natured fun. Tickets are $15 on Tock and include one canned beer or seltzer, so you can lean into your inner cowboy without any extra math at checkout.

Meet the Artist Behind the Canvas

Rounding things out, Andaz partners with Sparks Gallery to celebrate featured artist Daniel Ketelhut and his current exhibition on display at the hotel.

It’s a free, public event where you can meet Ketelhut, learn about his creative process, and connect with fellow art lovers over chef’s choice small bites and beverages available for purchase.

It’s a laid-back way to spend an evening surrounded by art and good conversation. It’s just the latest example of Andaz’s ongoing commitment to local arts and culture.

See you there!

From sunrise Pilates to sunset comedy to a rooftop hoedown, Andaz San Diego has late summer covered. Pick your night and we’ll see you there.
