Local Chefs Showcase Asian American Cuisine To Kick Off San Diego Asian Film Festival’s 20th Anniversary
The San Diego Asian Film Festival (SDAFF), presented by Pacific Arts Movement (Pac Arts), announces the 6th Annual Chew The Scene. This film and food event serves as the official launch party for the 20th anniversary film festival – the largest showcase of Asian cinema on the West Coast.
The community will gather to celebrate with the cuisine of 20 San Diego chefs, restaurateurs and bartenders at the San Diego Natural History Museum.
This celebration kicks off the 20th anniversary of the San Diego Asian Film Festival, a centerpiece of Asian American culture in San Diego. Film buffs, festival goers and foodies will enjoy unlimited tastings from local restaurants, sip on specialty cocktails and have a first-look at the film lineup of this year’s SDAFF before it is released to the general public.
