Barbusa Launches ‘Baby Busa’ Cocktail Special To Toast To The Arrival Of The Family’s Newest Addition

The Busalacchi Family, who is often credited for putting San Diego’s Little Italy on the map during their 35+ year restaurant tenure in the city, is adding one more to their brood, and is celebrating with a cocktail special at their Little Italy hotspot, Barbusa.

A toast to the new bundle of joy!

The newest addition to the family is due at the end of the month, and will be welcomed by Joey Busalacchi (the oldest son of family patriarch, Joe Busalacchi) and his wife Dulce. In honor of Baby Busalacchi’s arrival, Barbusa, of whom Joey is a General Manager, is offering a special cocktail for the month of March to toast to the family’s new bundle of joy.

Ask for the ‘Baby Busa’ ❤️

The cocktail, which can be ordered simply by asking for the ‘Baby Busa’ special, is Dulce’s personal favorite ―a variation of Barbusa’s Fresco cocktail, incorporating Dulce’s special alterations. Made with Jackfruit Vodka, Cucumber, Basil, and Lime, the cocktail is what Dulce is most excited to sip on after Baby Busa’s arrival.

Barbusa will be celebrating with the special all month long, leading up to Baby Busalacchi’s due date on March 31st.

Best wishes to the Busalacchi family!

See you there, San Diego!
