San Diego County’s Second-Ever Internationally-Recognized Neapolitan Pizza, Available Al Fresco In North County

Adapting the new county regulations, Oceanside’s Blade 1936, only the second recipient in San Diego of the elusive and prestigious Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) certification, has expanded its al fresco dining options to safely serve San Diego county.

Blade 1936 has expanded its existing patio and has added a 20×40 ft tent in the parking lot of the corner building on the 101 and Seagaze drive. The restaurant can now safely serve 65-70+ people (within county guidelines and safe social distancing).

Blade 1936 will be having the following lunch and weekly specials as a thank you to the community for its continued support during this time:

Lunch Specials

Lunchtime kitchen sandwich specials + a lunch special of $10.50 for all pizza and panuozzo, Wednesday-Sunday from 11:30am -4:00pm.

Weekly Specials

$5 Happy Hour, 4:00pm – 6:00pm, Daily
Wednesdays: Chef cheese & wine pairing experience
Thursdays: Exclusive wines at discounted prices

Stay healthy, San Diego!
