Carté Hotel Has Officially Opened In Little Italy…And It’s A Beauty!

Carté Hotel, a Curio Collection by Hilton™ property, is a new luxury lifestyle hotel located in the vibrant San Diego Little Italy neighborhood. Carté Hotel offers 246 distinctive, modern guest rooms that feature luxury accommodations, combined with all the latest technologies for curious travelers.

The hotel is designed with furniture imported from Italy, and special touches that give nod to San Diego’s history throughout, giving guests an opportunity to uncover stories behind every decorative detail.

Watercolors, the hotels restaurant, serves quality sea-to-table cuisine in an intimate setting. The hotel’s tasting room, Fonte di Vino, showcases a sampling of wines from Southern California and Northern Mexico.

Above Ash Social, the hotel’s outdour lounge, offers stunning sunset views over San Diego Bay, along with hand-crafted cocktails and heated saltwater pool with cabanas designed to remind you of the old-school luxury of lounging at the beach at the Hotel Del.
