Charity Toy Drive At One Paseo

The holidays are here and bringing cheer to as many people as possible is certainly the theme of the season. To help bring joyful tidings, One Paseo is hosting a toy drive with local non-profit, Home Start, a charity committed to helping the most underserved and vulnerable in our San Diego community. The toy drive kicks off December 1st and runs until December 13th at One Paseo.

Home Start’s mission is to assure the safety and resiliency of children by strengthening families and their communities. Home Start, Inc., a non-profit child abuse prevention, and treatment agency has strengthened and developed San Diego’s families and communities since 1972.

One Paseo is turning their Trolley into a gifting sleigh, decked out with festive decor and ready to be filled with gifts collected from the community. Home Start serves children from babies to age 18, so the range of possibilities to help families is expansive and One Paseo’s goal is to provide the Home Start team with hundreds of new, unwrapped gifts to be distributed to the Home Start children and community.

The One Paseo Trolley will be located on Paseo Place just east of Cava. One Paseo is thrilled to continue their service to the community during the holidays and hopes that guests and visitors to One Paseo will help to fill the trolley sleigh and bring joy to those who need it most.

Guidelines for donating gifts are below:

Please do not wrap the gifts.
Wrapping supplies would be a great addition!
New gifts only.

Let’s make the season as magical for others as it is for us by continuing to be generous, despite the pandemic, this holiday season.

Stay healthy, San Diego!
