Coastal Roots Farm Creates Farm Film & Music Series

Coastal Roots Farm – a nonprofit Jewish community farm and education center in Encinitas, Calif. – announces new Farm Film & Music Series designed to educate and entertain the community about our planet.

The Farm invites families, friends, and the entire community to enjoy a few scenic summer evenings watching film screenings at the Farm. The series is an entertaining way to learn about equitable food systems, climate change, environmental justice, and more.

Bring your own picnic and lawn chairs to the Farm

On July 22, the Farm is excited to announce their first film screening, “Kiss the Ground”, with live music from Australian-born, San Diego based, singer-songwriter,  Lee Coulter. Doors will open at 7PM and the film will begin at 8PM. Attendees will learn from inspiring activists, scientists, farmers, and politicians about how regenerative agriculture has the potential to save our soil, combat climate change, and feed the world.

Tickets are $10 and guests are encouraged to bring their own picnic, lawn chairs, food & drinks to the Farm and enjoy the night.
