On Friday, December 11th, Cork & Knife, a purveyor of choice wines, meats, cheeses, and other specialty foods, officially opened their doors to welcome in both the Rancho Santa Fe and Escondido communities! And for the holidays, the small production wine stores will be offering two different holiday baskets priced at $99.99 and $150.00!

Each basket will feature a selection of the store’s offerings such as wine, cheese, truffle salami, chocolate covered oranges, and their line of specialty sauces called Hungry Squirrel.

Cork & Knife’s wine selection is very eclectic, and consists of wines from all over the world, including some hard-to-find gems. Customers are invited to browse the selections of wine either in person, or on Cork & Knife’s website, where they can purchase bottles directly. Both locations are also offering to-go seasonal tapas, along with meat and cheese boards.

Upscale catering options are available, as Cork & Knife builds meat and cheese displays tailored for any size occasion. Perfectly paired wine can also be added to any catering package.
