Corner Chicken Dares You To Join The XXX Spice Challenge

August 19th is National Hot and Spicy Food Day, and if you think your taste buds have what it takes, you won’t want to miss out on Corner Chicken‘s XXX Spice Challenge!

Who will get bragging rights?!

The contest, which begins on August 19th, invites spice-lovers to try the new casual eatery’s hottest level – the XXX – for the chance to win a rad Corner Chicken t-shirt and to be featured on their social media. The XXX spice level can be ordered with any menu item, from the Love Me Tenders chicken tenders to the Corner Chicken Sando, topped with kale slaw, pickles, and signature sauce, all served on a toasted brioche bun.

You have to sign a waiver!

Think this contest sounds like a piece of cake? Be warned – before ordering the XXX, you will have to sign a waiver. Yes…that’s how hot it is!

Corner Chicken also serves craft beer, hard cider, kombucha, seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages, guaranteed to help wash down some of that spice.

Corner Chicken is open daily from 11:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., and is located at 721 9th Avenue, Ste. 1, San Diego CA 92101. They’re currently offering outdoor dining on their patio, take-out which can be ordered online, walk-in or call-in, and delivery via Postmates.
