House Of Blues Launches The “Country Brunch Live” Food And Music Celebration!
House of Blues San Diego recently announced the launch of “Country Brunch Live”, a multi-sensory experience of food and music that will kick-start folks’ weekend vibes, kicking off on Saturday, August 24th!
A completely fresh, a la carte menu of mouthwatering, flavorful brunch dishes, made-from-scratch and rooted in the Southern-inspired signature flavors for which House of Blues is known, has been carefully crafted and looks incredible!

The Breakfast Sandwich:
Everything brioche bun, maple-porked sausage, over-easy egg, thick-cut bacon, house-brined and smoked pastrami, buffalo aioli, pickled onions, served with garlic home fries
Pig Grits & Shrimp:
Tillamook cheddar grits, bacon-wrapped shrimp, chimichurri, fried basil.
Breakfast Burrito:
Flour tortilla, fries, two over-easy farm fresh eggs, maple-spiked pork sausage, braised peppers & onions, cilantro crema, cotija & Tillamook cheddar cheese, roasted salsa
Bourbon French Toast:
HOB’s famous white chocolate & bourbon bread pudding served French toast style with blazed banana, salted caramel, maple syrup, whip cream,orange zest
Country Fried Chicken & Biscuits:
Buttermilk thyme biscuits, brined & fried chicken, andouille country gravy
Brisket Hash:
House smoked brisket, new potatoes,bell peppers, red onion, soft poached egg, chipotle hollandaise
NY Steak & Eggs:
12oz Blues-rub-crusted New York strip steak, chipotle garlic home fries, roasted cherry tomatoes, two farm fresh eggs
Tennessee Toast:
Country toast, avocado smash, roasted corn salsa, clover honey, sea salt
Arugula & Berries
Wild arugula, spiced pecans, seasonal berries, goat cheese, champagne vinaigrette
Barnyard Breakfast
Two farm fresh eggs, garlic home fries, choice of sausage or bacon, toast
Don’t forget the drinks!
Hand-crafted brunch cocktails stir up their own attention in the food and music celebration, with headliners including the Georgia Peach Rosé Spritzer, Pear Bellini,and craft Michelada.
Sharing the stage are Bloody Mary and Mimosa bars with perfectly paired accoutrement, which will have guests sipping to their own tune!
And of course there will be entertainment!
