Craft & Commerce Reopens With Limited Edition Fast Food Inspired Fare

Little Italy’s Craft & Commerce has reopened with a limited-time menu inspired by fast food fare. Open from 5:00pm until midnight, Wednesday through Sunday, the temporary pop-up menu is a tribute to fast food fan-favorites, and features a curated selection of items representing the golden age of guilty pleasure.

Craft & Commerce Reopens With Limited Edition Fast Food Inspired Fare

The kitchen team researched their favorite fast-food menu items with the goal of recreating the fondly remembered flavors guests grew up with, but with high quality, better sourced ingredients.

Highlights include odes to Dunkin Donuts, Chick-Fil-A, Wienerschnitzel, Hot Dog on a Stick, KFC, McDonalds, Jack in the Box and more.

The menu will also feature Craft & Commerce classics like the Throwback Bone Marrow, fresno chile, milk bread toast, Brussel Sprouts, Mac & Cheese and fan favorite Burger, along with vegan and vegetarian options like the Bootleg Superiority Burger and “Jack in the Crack” Tacos with soyrizo, american cheese, shredded iceberg and guajillo taco sauce. Sweets will include gelato, Fried Apple Hand Pie, soft serve ice cream, and milkshakes. Along with beer and wine, guests can enjoy craft cocktails and boozy slushies.

Consortium Holdings (CH Projects) is continuing to take steps towards reopening its San Diego concepts. At this time, opened CH projects include Craft & Commerce, Born and Raised, Ironside, J & Tony’s Discount Cured Meats and Negroni Warehouse, Invigatorium, and both Underbelly locations in North Park and Little Italy. False Idol is reopening this Saturday June 27th, followed by Morning Glory in early July.

Reservations can be made here!

Stay healthy, San Diego!
