Craft & Commerce Reopens With New Menu

Little Italy’s Craft & Commerce reopened on Friday, February 19, introducing a new menu from Executive Chef Kyle Pierce!

After several pivots and changes due to Covid, the restaurant is excited to introduce a comfort food menu that is here to stay featuring a southern flair with fan favorites like the C&C Burger, Bone Marrow, Wood Fired Grilled Oysters, Confit Duck Leg “Tacos” and unique new dishes like the Braised Salt Spring Island Mussels, Chicken & Dumplings, Grilled Whole Branzino, BBQ Quail Skewers, C&C Buttermilk Biscuit, Fire Roasted Carrots and more.

As always, there will be a stellar selection of craft cocktails, beer, and wine. Cocktails include the Honeysuckle Rose made with raspberry-infused Bianco vermouth, orange wine, hibiscus, verjus, and rose water and the Big Iron made with rye, aged rum, amaro carciofo, mirto, cardamom and absinthe.

Brunch!

In addition to the new dinner menu, Craft & Commerce will also offer weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-3PM featuring new brunch dishes from the C&C team. Craft & Commerce will be open for dine-in Monday – Thursday from 4PM-10PM, Friday from 3PM-10PM and Saturday – Sunday from 10AM-10PM, with Happy Hour daily from 3-5PM. Reservations are available through OpenTable.
