Diega, Downtown San Diego’s newest luxury high-rise apartment community, announces a partnership with Hello Alfred, the leading end-to-end resident experience company.

Diega, Bosa’s first multi-family community in San Diego, provides personalized concierge services to their residents in partnership with Hello Alfred and enables residents to take advantage of a suite of top-of-the-line, personalized amenities, on-demand offerings and referrals through Hello Alfred’s platform.

Hello Alfred building the future for residential living

Founded in 2015 by Marcela Sapone and Jess Beck, Hello Alfred is building the future for residential living by offering intuitive, personalized support, services, and experiences for its members. Diega’s residents will enjoy a vast amenity offering and receive access to Hello Alfred’s resident app, putting the power of a personal assistant at their fingertips.

Each resident also receives the Alfred Signature Tidy-Up service as part of their lease. This service gives residents an extra set of hands in their residences with a hotel-style light clean where a Hello Alfred representative will spend approximately 20 minutes refreshing your residence including making your bed, removing trash and recycling, wiping down kitchen surfaces, fluffing pillows and couch in living area, and placing dishes in the dishwasher.

Hello Alfred’s concierge team offers residents access to tailored, personal services, including reserving event tickets and dinner reservations, dry-cleaning pickup and delivery laundry fluff and fold, car ride services, onsite auto detailing, and package and grocery delivery acceptance and storage.

Additionally, Hello Alfred’s concierge team are also experts in their cities and can provide residents of Diega with top-tier referrals to a variety of services including housekeeping, personal shopping, personal training, in-home salons, and notary.
