Learn a Thing or Two (or Four) about Indulgence: Chocolates, Cheese, Beer and Opera

 

Wednesday February 1st, join Dr. Nicolas Reveles of the San Diego Opera, Will Gustwiller of Eclipse Chocolate, and Elizabeth Mandala of Modern Times Beer as they take you on a guided “tasting” of Falstaff.

Falstaff is the Shakespearean character who loves to indulge his many appetites – and now you can learn more about the opera as you indulge yours with three exotic chocolates, three artisan cheeses and three beer tastings from Modern Times Beer!

 

 

The featured beers are: Fruitlands, Fortunate Islands, City of the Dead.
