Open Flame, Big Talent
Throughout the afternoon, 20 chefs will be cooking live across the grounds, each showcasing their own approach to fire-driven cuisine. Expect bold flavors, smoke in the air, and dishes prepared right in front of you.

- Drew Deckman
- Javier Plascencia
- Oscar Torres
- Eric Bost
- Brian Redzikowski

Wine, Music, and More
In addition to chef tastings, 18 beverage partners will be pouring throughout the event, giving you the chance to sip as you explore the grounds. Live music will carry through the afternoon, adding to the laid-back but high-caliber vibe.
There will also be a silent auction benefiting Habitat for Humanity, giving the day an added community component alongside the food and wine.
