The College Area Biz District Is Bringing An Awesome Art Party To The Street

College Area Business District is bringing some culture to the College Area by hosting a new special event called Art Street… and they have our attention!

Saturday, April 22nd, from 10am – 7pm, Art Street will boast 50 artist booths filled with 2 dimensional art (paintings, sketches etc.) and 3 dimensional arts (sculpting, pottery, etc.).

Also included will be an interactive art opportunity for those who wish to get in touch with their internal artist.

There will be a stage in the parking lot of Social Tap (4800 Art Street) brimming with live performances of music, comedy, spoken word, dance and maybe even an open mic section.

Social Tap is the official Food & Beer Garden and lead sponsor for the event.

12 Noon – Chicken Bone Slim & The Biscuits (Blues Band)

1pm  – Ronnie Wiliams & Friends (Spoken Word)

3pm – Fred Benedetti (Guitar)

5pm – Trenton Davis (Comedy)

6pm – Alaina Blair  (Country Singer/ Songwriter)
