The Guild Hotel Hosts Sculpt + Flow Series With BARRE + Bay Wreath

Focusing on the key theme “make room for love,” this 60-minute full body workout is designed to sculpt the body and core, paired with a mindful meditation to calm the mind in a beautiful restorative flow. Owner of Barre + Bay Wreath and isometric body expert, Erika Baker, will lead this journey of breathwork and lengthening, designed specially to show the body love, give the soul peace, and make room to give and receive love.
