In honor of this fiercely French day, Et Voilà! Bistro in North Park is offering a prix fixe special menu featuring Chef Vincent Viale’s take on French classics. Enjoy a three-course meal or opt for a wine pairing along with the meal.
Appetizer
Begin your French culinary adventure with an appetizer. Choose from four choices, including
Cuisses De Grenouille- frog legs Provencale, potato salad, romesco sauce and garlic-parsley butter and the Brie En Croute Vinaigrette a la Truffe, warm brie cheese in puff pastry with mixed greens and truffle vinaigrette.
Main Course
For your main course, Chef Vincent has prepared exclusive selections replete with both traditional and contemporary French dishes. Choose from five options, including Confit de Canard, duck confit with potato galette and port-fig sauce. Seafood enthusiasts also have several dishes to choose from, including classic Moules Mariniere, steamed mussels with white wine, garlic, shallot, herb butter and cream.
A Sweet Finish
For a sweet finish, pick from four desserts, including Chef Vincent’s famous Souffle Du Jour, Profiteroles or Crepes Flambees Au Grand Marnier, a traditional French dessert with Grand Marnier, orange zest, whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
