Mezé Greek Fusion To Pair Greek Cuisine With Gin Cocktails During August Pairing Dinner
Mezé Greek Fusion, GBOD Hospitality Group’s Greek restaurant, invites you to a Bombay Gin cocktail dinner as it continues its series of spirited cocktail dinners with Bombay Sapphire this August.
A four-course Bombay Gin cocktail dinner awaits
The evening will include a four-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Aleko Achitipes, who draws inspiration from his international travels and Greek family when developing new dishes.
Handcrafted cocktails will be expertly paired with the meal and created by Ryan Andrews, GBOD’s beverage director and the lead bartender at Prohibition.
Each course will feature a specific gin featured in both the cocktail and dish, with Bombay Sapphire Brand Ambassador, Alex Huerta, guiding diners through the tastings.
