Chula Vista Celebrates International Park(ing) Day!

Come out and park play! Chula Vista’s historic Third Avenue Village will participate in International Park(ing) Day this Friday, September 17.

Launched in 2005, International Park(ing) Day is a global, annual event dedicated to transforming and repurposing street parking spaces into imaginative tiny parks where the community can enjoy art, play, and activism.

Join the Third Avenue Village Association together with ASLA San Diego, the City of Chula Vista, and your favorite local businesses as they set up vibrant and interactive outdoor spaces to enjoy along the avenue. Put imagination into play and come check out the awesome transformations at this all-day event, starting at E Street and running to G Street!
