Love Donuts? Love Running? Come Join The First Ever San Diego Donut Run!

Ok, donuts and running aren’t two things we normally put together…but maybe we should. More running = more donuts…and we love donuts! If you do too, then get signed up for the first ever San Diego Donut Run happening at Crown Point Park in Pacific Beach.

When you register, you will automatically be assigned a page so you can share it with your network to help raise funds for GiGi’s Playhouse San Diego, a recently opened resource here in San Diego that provides free educational, therapeutic, and career building programs for individuals with DOWN syndrome, their families, and the community. They will be awarding amazing prizes for Best Costume, Most Team Spirit and Most Funds Raised.

Several of San Diego’s finest donut shops are sponsoring the event, including Devil’s Dozen, Donut Bar, and Nomad – so there should be no shortage of yummy donuts to feast on after (and before?!) you’ve earned them on your run!

Not sure you want to Run or Walk in the 5K? Donut worry! You can sign up for our 1 mile Donut Dash and for those who can’t make it that day, you can still be part of the fun by registering as a virtual runner.  There is also going to be a Kids Dash where the little ones make their way to their own finish line to receive their medal.
