Country Music For A Cause: Drake White Benefit Concert For St. Jude
Turbo-charged, American, country-rock party spot, Moonshine Flats, is thrilled to welcome beloved country singer and songwriter, Drake White, to preform a special concert for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
White, who with his band (“Drake White & The Big Fire”) has opened for such musicians as Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Little Big Town, and the Zac Brown Band, will preform a show benefiting St. Jude by donating one third of the ticket sales to the foundation in order to help fund their lifesaving work.
An avid supporter of the foundation, White shared with Taste of Country in February why he feels so passionate about the cause. “It’s very important to me because you’re impacting not only kids’ lives, you’re impacting the lives that those kids impact,” White said. “You don’t know if you’re dealing with the next Ray Charles, or if you’re helping the next president of the United States. That’s the way I think of it, the magnitude’s that big for me.”
Known for his soulful country sound and contagious energy, White’s hits include “Makin’ Me Look Good Again,” “Life in Pieces,” and “Livin’ the Dream.” White last played in San Diego in May 2017.
And now he’s back!
Moonshine Flats is the place to be August 23rd for great country and a great cause!
See you there!
