Father Joe’s Villages To Host Gala Benefiting Children In Need
Father Joe’s Villages does so much to help the San Diego community – here’s a great opportunity to support their work! Father Joe’s Villages invites the community to create a better tomorrow for local children at its 2018 Children’s Charity Gala: Up, Up and Away.
The gala will raise funds for Father Joe’s Villages’ therapeutic childcare center and other services for children and families. In 2017, Father Joe’s Villages’ therapeutic childcare program worked with more than 450 parents and children to build resilience, self-sufficiency and the foundation for a better tomorrow. The 2017 gala raised more than $500,000 to fund life-changing services for children and families.
All gala proceeds will help provide safe housing, nutritious meals, childcare, medical and dental services, mental health treatment, parent education and more for children and families in need.
At the gala, Father Joe’s Villages will award four honorees’ contributions to Father Joe’s Villages’ mission to end homelessness, one life at a time.
