Free Yoga at The Rady Shell: A Stunning Bayside Way to Start Your Saturday
If you’re looking for a reason to get outside and move your body, this one’s hard to beat. Fit Athletic is bringing a free, all-levels yoga class to The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park. The setting alone makes it worth showing up.

A Class for Every Body
Led by Viktoria Talbot, this one-hour vinyasa flow session is open to everyone – whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out. The focus is on joyful movement and breathing. In addition, you can get out of your head for a bit, all while taking in one of the most beautiful waterfront views San Diego has to offer.

Getting Ready for the Event
Pack your mat and don’t forget the sunscreen – we’re talking open-air bayside conditions here. Registration is required since space is limited. Therefore, be sure to grab your spot in advance. Walk-ups won’t be accommodated, and while dogs are welcome around the perimeter of Jacobs Park, they’ll need to stay off the artificial grass at The Shell.

Getting There
Parking is limited, so it’s worth planning ahead. Coming early, walking in, or even hopping on the Coronado Ferry are all solid options. There are plenty of ways to make it work.
