Chicago House Royalty Lee Foss is Heading to Quartyard
FNGRS CRSSD is bringing one of underground house music’s most respected names to East Village this weekend. Lee Foss headlines Quartyard on Saturday alongside Charly Jordan for a night of deep, groove-driven house in one of San Diego’s best open-air settings.
A Chicago House Legend Hits San Diego
Born and raised in Chicago – the birthplace of house – Foss has spent the last decade-plus building one of the most respected catalogs in underground dance music.
He co-founded Hot Creations alongside Jamie Jones, one of the most influential house labels running today, and has played everywhere from Fabric in London to Watergate in Berlin to Spybar back home in Chicago.
His sound pulls from classic house, Detroit techno, 90s hip hop, and 80s electro – and it hits different on a proper outdoor sound system.

An Outdoor Set Worth Showing Up For
Quartyard is one of San Diego’s best spots for an outdoor show – open-air, unpretentious, right in the heart of East Village. FNGRS CRSSD knows how to book it right, and pairing Foss with Charly Jordan makes for a lineup that covers serious ground. Expect the kind of deep, groove-driven house that keeps the floor moving from first beat to last.
