The night, hosted by Brian Malarkey, kicks off with welcome cocktails and small bites, followed by a 4-course dinner with wine pairings. Chef Carlos and Joe will receive random ingredients to create the first course on the fly.
Herb & Wood diners are given front-row seats to the action and will serve as the judging panel, so bring your food critic hat and appetite.
The battle will be followed by three courses and wine pairings showcasing dishes from their perspective background, Anthony in California-Mediterranean cuisine and Sasto in Italian.
Supporting families with sick children
All profits of the ticket revenue will be donated to CJ’s Smile and the Ronald McDonald House to support families with sick children. CJ’s Smile was founded by Chef Joe’s sister after the loss of his nephew to childhood cancer. Tickets include food, alcohol, gratuity, and tax
