IDEA1 Block Party Celebrates New Restaurants & Art Gallery
IDEA1, the mixed-use community developed by Lowe, LaSalle Investment Management and I.D.E.A. Partners, is hosting the IDEA1 Block Party to welcome its new onsite restaurants and art gallery.
Taking place in The Hub, the community’s lively public courtyard, the IDEA1 Block Party will celebrate the addition.
Young Hickory
A locally-owned coffee shop serving coffee and craft beer.
LOLA 55
A fast-casual restaurant serving tacos and cocktails.
Franco Art Projects
An art space curated by Franco Moragrega Art Gallery.
Event proceeds will support local nonprofits Barrio Logan College Institute, Vanguard Culture and California Labrador, Retrievers and More.
The IDEA1 Block Party will feature beer from Young Hickory and tacos from LOLA55, as well as entertainment including DJ and spoken word artist, Gill Sotu, and live musical performances by the Midnight Pine and Birdy Bardot.
The Hub, the ground floor “mixing bowl” that connects the commercial and residential tenants with the broader community, will come alive with delicious food and music, including an immersive pop-up culinary art experience hosted by Vanguard Culture.
See you there!
