Make a Difference at the Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k at NTC Park Liberty Station
The Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k is back at NTC Park at Liberty Station – a family-friendly race with a genuine purpose behind it.
The race honors the sacrifices of Naval Special Warfare service members and veterans, with proceeds supporting fallen heroes’ families through the Travis Manion Foundation. And with walkers, runners, and stroller-pushers all welcome, there’s a place for everyone at the starting line.

A Race for Every Kind of Participant
This isn’t just a race for fast runners. The Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k welcomes walkers, stroller-pushing parents, and little ones who want to join in on the Tadpole Trot – a kids’ race that has become one of the event’s most beloved traditions.
The theme this year is community, and the event lives up to that in every way – from the starting line to the finish.

The Morning Doesn’t End at the Finish Line
After crossing the finish line, stick around for the Vendor Village – a showcase of local businesses that share a commitment to the military community and its families.
Health and wellness products, snacks and beverages, kids’ face painting, and a Beer Tent sponsored by Mike Hess Brewing are all part of the experience.
It’s the kind of post-race celebration that makes the whole morning feel like a community event, not just a 5k.

Every Step Makes a Difference
Every registration, every donation, and every step taken on race day goes toward supporting the families of Naval Special Forces through the Travis Manion Foundation.
It’s a morning that combines fitness and fun with something that genuinely matters – and that combination is what keeps this race growing year after year.
See you there!
