KnB Cocktail Liberation Dinner with Guest Chef Miguel Valdez

For one night only, KnB Bistro in Del Cerro presents the KnB Cocktail Liberation Dinner, a pop-up event featuring the flavors of San Diego’s popular Liberty Call Distilling.

This prix fixe dinner will provide guests a communal dining experience amidst one of San Diego’s best bottle shops, craft cocktail pairings, and new menu concepts from one of San Diego’s most respected farm-to-table chefs.

Special guest chef Miguel Valdez (formerly of The Red Door) will create four courses to tantalize the palate and preview his future Liberty Call Distilling kitchen menu.

Albert Allison, Head Bartender at Liberty Call Distilling, will be pouring the drinks, and Addison Poth, Head Brewer/Fermentologist at Liberty Call Distilling, will serve as your host.
