A Michelin-Worthy Mash-Up at Paradisaea

Bird Rock’s culinary scene is about to heat up with Paradisaea’s second-anniversary celebration. This local hotspot, which has been turning heads since 2022, is pulling out all the stops for a birthday bash for the books.

The excitement is building as Paradisaea’s own culinary maestro, Executive Chef Jeff Armstrong, joins forces with Michelin Star-backed wizard Chef Javier Plascencia for a night of gastronomic fireworks. These two are cooking up a storm that promises to be the highlight of Paradisaea’s anniversary festivities.

A five-course feast awaits, marrying Chef Jeff’s signature SoCal flair with Chef Javier’s Baja-infused magic. It’s a delicious diplomatic summit where your taste buds get to be the ambassadors.

And because no celebration is complete without some sweet tunes, San Diego‘s own B Side Players will be there to serve up live music that’s bound to be as spicy as the cuisine.
