Join the Born & Raised team for a delicious night of pâté + charcuterie with prolific culinary author, Michael Ruhlman, best known for his celebrated books including The Soul of a Chef (2000) and The Reach of a Chef (2006).

Joined by John Rielly of Groth Vineyards, you will taste a flight of three expertly paired Groth wines alongside multiple charcuterie and pâté creations representing various techniques that make charcuterie such a highly respected art form.
