Bike for Boobs is Back for Its Fifth Annual Pink Celebration
October means it’s breast cancer awareness month, and Bike For Boobs is back for its fifth annual pink “iconic neighborhood bike ride and celebration”.

Led by Sandy Hanshaw, a local breast cancer survivor and restaurant owner, Bike for Boobs bring hundreds of people together in a pink-infused scenic bike ride around Shelter Island to raise money for breast cancer prevention education. The bike ride has raised more than $23,000 to date.

Joining the fun is North Park-based Nomad Donuts, who will be supplying the event with boobs-and-bikes-inspired donuts. Beautycounter, a skincare and cosmetic brand, will also be at the event to offer safe skincare and cosmetic products for healthier and safer lifestyle.
