East Village Oktoberfest Brings Bavarian Bliss to San Diego

East Village is bringing Munich to San Diego, and you won’t want to miss this epic celebration! East Village Oktoberfest is set to transform Quartyard into a slice of Bavaria, complete with flowing beer, mouthwatering eats, and enough oompah to keep you dancing all day long.

East Village Oktoberfest

Quartyard will be buzzing with the sounds of traditional Polka, tribute bands, and Latin-infused tunes. We’re talking a full-on sensory overload, with locals and musicians alike decked out in lederhosen and dirndls—it’s like the Munich arts district decided to vacation in San Diego!

Now, let’s talk beer. They’ve rounded up some of San Diego’s finest craft breweries to keep your steins filled with top-notch brews. Karl Strauss, Stone Brewing, Fall Brewing Company—they’ll all be there, pouring everything from crisp fest lagers to robust Vienna-style beers.

Pro tip: Grab a stein when you arrive (outside glass is a no-go, but plastic or metal is cool), and get ready to sample the best our city has to offer.

Brews, Bites, and Bavarian Beats

The entertainment lineup is off the charts. We’ve got LADYHOSEN, LA’s all-women Bavarian party band, bringing the oom to your pah. Alicia The Band will be mixing it up with rock, cumbia, ska, and reggae, while DJ Boogie Blanco keeps the party going between sets.

And who better to host this shindig than the one and only Daniel Gersztyn of SD Hosted?

Hungry yet? East Village’s culinary scene is showing up in force. Expect a mouthwatering mix of Munich-style favorites and Mexican flair from local spots like El Comal, TNT Pizza, and Nava Sausage. You won’t go home hungry, that’s for sure.

Quartyard event

For those looking to level up their Oktoberfest experience, snag a VIP ticket. At $60, you’ll get express entry, a sweet East Village Oktoberfest stein with a liter of beer, access to a special viewing area with a full bar, and an official rally towel (while supplies last). It’s the best way to say “Prost!” in style.

And because no Oktoberfest is complete without a little friendly competition, they’ve got games, activations, and a stein-holding contest that’ll put your biceps to the test. Don’t forget to strike a pose at the Mobius Pix 360 photo video booth—it’s the perfect way to immortalize your Oktoberfest shenanigans.

See you there!

Get ready to raise your steins on October 7, from 12 PM to 10 PM. Tickets range from $10 to $25, with early birds catching the best deals.

It’s a 21+ event, but feel free to bring your four-legged friends (on a leash, of course). And hey, the more lederhosen and dirndls, the merrier—there’s even a costume contest with some sweet prizes up for grabs.

Remember, this event is known to sell out faster than you can say “Ein Prosit,” so grab your tickets now. Click here to purchase.

See you there, San Diego!
