Rooftop Reset, Reflect, Refresh at Fit Athletic Mission Beach
Fit Athletic is hosting Reset, Reflect, Refresh—a full body, mind, and spirit reset in partnership with Soul Plunge on Fit Athletic’s Mission Beach waterfront rooftop training deck.
Reset, Reflect, Refresh Agenda
This celebration of wellness will open with a breathwork and meditation workshop, transition to a HITT workout, followed by a vinyasa flow both led by Fit Athletics’ expert fitness instructors, and is completed with cold plunges and guided journal prompts.
That covers all the bases! Here is the specific agenda:
- 10 AM – Check in
- 10:15 AM – Breathwork & guided meditation
- 10:30 AM – Fit HIIT with Morgan
- 10:50 AM – Flow with Taylor
- 11:15 AM – Cold plunge + guided journal prompts
- 11:50 AM – LSKD gift card
