San Diego County Bicycle Coalition Hosts Free, Virtual Bike Fitting Class
The San Diego County Bike Coalition is hosting a special webinar: Bike Fitting 101. All cyclists, from beginners to veterans, are invited to learn how to adjust and fit their bike to their frames on May 28.

Special guest Olympic Silver Medalist, Nelson Vails, will also be joining us to share his experiences with training, riding and recovery. Tune into the live class on Youtube to learn the basics of bike fitting including:
- Bike lingo
- How to adjust your saddle height, stem, saddle angle and handlebars
- Types of saddles and how to find the right one
- Ways to ensure that you feel comfortable on long ways
- Some simple adjustments based on where you feel pain
