The Great Pumpkin Beer Festival Coming To San Diego
The legendary Seattle Great Pumpkin Beer Festival presented by Elysian Brewing hits San Diego for a mischievous time of 40 pumpkin-themed brews, live entertainment, costume contest, twisted experientials, squash-based foodie creations, hidden surprises and so much more!
The streets of the Gaslamp Quarter will be transformed into a gourd-geous mecca of all things nonsensical as misfits unite to celebrate brews, boos and beats.

Pumpkin-flavored craft brews, anyone?
The rock star of the festival will be the pumpkin-flavored craft brews accompanied by farmhouse flavors, fresh hops, wet hops, saisons and more to give your palette an autumnal explosion of over 40+ seasonal concoctions. Taps will be scattered through the venue with coveted brews popping up in unexpected corners like the Ale Apothecary, Headless Horsemen Hideaway and Jack-O’s Tavern.
This is one party you don’t want to be late for! The fest kicks off with the ultimate keg tapping as rivers of beer flow straight into your commemorative cup from the over 500lb giant pumpkin keg.

Feeling a little bit more of an 80s vibe while sippin’ on your Pumpkin Brew? The Young Guns Ultimate 80’s Band repertoire adeptly covers the greatest 80s songs ever recorded, while rocking attire that says “I love the 80s”, epic dance moves and guitar riffs, this cover band will have you up on your feet & thirsty for more beer!
The musical extravaganza continues with Member Only Yacht Club who will be performing all your favorite soft rock jams of the 70s and 80s. We got our EDM lovers covered with the likes of top San Diego DJs, DJ Yodah and Parradax!

The power of pumpkin does not stop at libations and will inspire specialty foodie creations at the food booths & trucks! Sample squash-inspired flavors and vote on your favorite snack, like caramelized onion and butternut squash pizza, pumpkin chili, pumpkin cheesecake and more!
Themed experientials will catch you off gourd at every turn as you navigate a non-formulaic corn row maze, step through photo opps of anarchy, glimpse your fate in a corner of clairvoyant readers and stumble upon the gravity-defying twists of striking themed performances.

No dress code applies – dress in costume, dress like yourself, dress in orange, dress in black, dress steampunk, dress just punk… BUT, since it is Halloween weekend and we know San Diego takes a party seriously, dress your Pumpkin Beer Festival best and enter the Costume Contest with amazing swag prizes as we crown Pumpkin Royalty for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
