Side Bar Hosts Summer Fitness Series With Yoga Box

Side Bar is kicking off summer with a mix of free + ticketed wellness series events in June, as a way to bring together the San Diego health + fitness community and promote well-being.

This Thursday, join the Side Bar Summer Fitness Series: Yoga Box x Tabu Yoga Sculpt Class.

Yoga Sculpt combines hand weights, strength building and cardio, making this not your typical yoga classes and more of a full body workout.

However, what sets it apart from other intense workouts is that, like all yoga classes, it preserves the mental and meditative components of yoga.

See you there, San Diego!
