Sidecar Donuts & Chef Richard Blais Collaborate On Flavor Of The Month

Sidecar Donuts and Chef Blais will be taking over a portion of The Crack Shack Encinitas parking lot to serve up a donut flavor of the month designed by Blais. Yum!

The star of the show: a Banana Split donut consisting of banana chocolate chip cake topped with strawberry-banana glaze, chocolate sauce, salted and roasted peanuts and a dried strawberry.

Bonus! These donuts are guilt-free!

A portion of the proceeds will go to Blais’ charity of choice, Traveling Stories, dedicated to empowering children to outsmart poverty by providing them with books needed to gain literacy.

That means every donut you buy and eat is actually contributing to the world…eat away!
