The Sound Healing Symphony Takes Off at the Air & Space Museum

A different kind of symphony is taking off in San Diego—and it’s one you won’t just hear, but feel. The Sound Healing Symphony arrives at the San Diego Air & Space Museum, inviting you to lay back, tune in, and let waves of soothing sound guide you on an unforgettable inner journey.

Sound Healing Symphony

A Journey Beyond the Mind

Led by renowned sound healer Guy Douglas, aka The Gong Guy, this 90-minute experience brings together a collective of world-class musicians and instruments: crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, harp, didgeridoo, Native American flutes, vibraphone, and more.

It’s a deep, meditative dive designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and restore the nervous system.

Make Yourself Comfortable

The Sound Healing Symphony isn’t your typical concert. You’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and optional pillow to create your own cozy nest. The more at ease you are, the more profound the experience will be. Dress in layers, bring water, and prepare to fully unwind.

See you there!

Struggling to sit still in silence? This event is for you. Sound meditation offers a gateway to relaxation for those who’ve found traditional methods challenging. It’s equal parts ethereal concert, guided journey, and energetic reset.
