Support Scoop San Diego Ice Cream Festival for a Berry Good Cause

Scoop San Diego proudly announces the return of the Annual Scoop San Diego Ice Cream Festival in North Park, now in its 6th year.

This beloved community event brings together over 25 local ice cream, gelato, and paleta shops for a flavorful gathering in support of the Berry Good Food Foundation.

In addition to indulging in delectable frozen treats, you can participate in a variety of engaging activities, including live demonstrations, interactive exhibits, and more.

New for Scoop San Diego Ice Cream Festival 2024

Expanded Offerings: With a bigger footprint, the festival welcomes over 25 ice cream, gelato, and paleta shops, including four local ice cream trucks, ensuring there’s something for every palate.

VIP Ice Cream Lounge: Sponsored by Good Start Packaging, the VIP Ice Cream Lounge offers exclusive flavors and collaborations with local shops, providing a premium experience for guests.

Berry Good Food Land: Half of the North Park mini park will transform into Berry Good Food Land, featuring fun and creative activations for kids, including three engaging tents focused on creativity, science, and gardening. Specialty Produce will also host a tent within Berry Good Food Land.

Live Demonstrations: Enjoy live demonstrations by a local chef educator and farmer, showcasing gelato made with local ingredients.

Food & Garden Education Focus: Little Shepard’s Nature School Bus (Rover Enrichment on Wheels Bus) will be on-site, providing interactive experiences for kids and parents.

Pup Station: A dedicated refreshment center for four-legged friends, complete with water, merchandise, and a backdrop for adorable photos.

Entertainment: Enjoy the whimsical performances of two stilt walkers creating balloon art.

The event is happening on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

100% of the net proceeds will go to the Berry Good Food Foundation. The funds raised will be used for their Garden Grants Program to fund garden projects in local elementary schools in under-resourced communities to support healthy food education in San Diego County.

General Admission is $45 and grants access to the event from 12 PM to 4 PM, including 10 1 oz samples from participating vendors.

VIP Ice Cream Lounge tickets are $100 and include exclusive access to VIP hour from 11 AM to 12 PM, featuring premium flavors and interactions with local chefs.
