Swing Through the Spooky Side of Petco Park at Trick-or-Tee
Golf at a baseball stadium is already a novelty. Golf at a baseball stadium that’s been turned into a haunted course? That’s something different entirely.
The Links at Petco Park is running its Trick-or-Tee experience, and if you’ve been looking for a way to combine your love of golf with Halloween vibes, this might be exactly what you didn’t know you needed.

What You’re Actually Doing
You’ll be playing a nine-hole course that winds through Petco Park, hitting shots onto the playing field from tee boxes that have been decorated with ghastly and ghoulish themes. Callaway provides clubs at each hole, so you’ll get to test out their latest equipment – and no, you can’t bring your own clubs.
There are lefty options and a limited supply of youth clubs available, though kids under 10 can bring one iron if needed.
Each foursome gets a dedicated caddy to guide you through the course, which adds a nice touch to the experience. This isn’t just hitting balls into nets – you’re actually playing a legitimate course laid out inside one of San Diego’s most recognizable venues.
The Clubhouse Matters
The Links Clubhouse is set up in the Lexus Club and functions as your home base for the evening. Full bar, food for purchase, and a retail shop with commemorative items. If you arrive early or want to hang after your round, it’s designed to feel like an actual golf hangout rather than just a waiting area.
For those who don’t golf but want to be part of the scene, spectator tickets get you clubhouse access with a view of the entire course and one drink ticket. You won’t be able to walk the course itself, but you can watch your friends struggle with their short game while enjoying the atmosphere.
Pricing and Packages
The Premium Experience runs $278.80 per golfer and includes priority tee times, one parking pass per twosome, a limited-edition hat, your nine-hole round with caddy and clubhouse access, plus $50 in Clubhouse Cash for merchandise.
The Preferred Experience is $123.90 per golfer and gets you the hat, your round, caddy, and clubhouse access without the parking pass or Clubhouse Cash.
Spectator tickets are $31 per person.
There’s also a 19th Hole Party Suite option for groups of up to 30 people. You get exclusive access to the Gallagher Chairman’s Club for two hours, unlimited shots from that tee box with Callaway equipment, a suite attendant, hats for everyone, up to 15 parking passes, a food buffet, a hosted wine and beer bar, and TVs.
This package doesn’t include access to the nine-hole course – it’s more of a party setup with some golf mixed in.
