Tig Notaro was nominated for a Grammy Award for her sophomore comedy album LIVE. The album sold over 100 000 units in just 6 weeks which is unheard of for comedy albums today. Louis CK is quoted as saying that it is one of the best stand-up performances he ever saw. During this album release Tig was reviewed and profiled by The New York Times The New Yorker Entertainment Weekly Vanity Fair GQ Magazine Rolling Stone and Time Magazine amongst many others.
