Come as You Are: Lavande Vitality House Reopens in Bird Rock
Lavande Vitality House, Bird Rock’s community-centered wellness destination, has completed an extensive renovation and is celebrating with a free, open-door event – a chance to see the transformation firsthand.
A Space Redesigned Around Healing
The renovation touched just about every corner of the property. New additions include a rose quartz healing room, three private rooms for one-on-one sessions, and an outdoor sanctuary with an infrared sauna, soaking tub for sacred bath rituals, outdoor shower, firepit, and a quiet zone for rest and reflection.
The standout may be the rose quartz cave, a space built around community participation. During the renovation, people contributed prayers, love letters, and messages of hope sealed into a time capsule within the room.
Crystals carrying individual intentions were incorporated into the walls, creating something with a real sense of shared investment.
How the Day Unfolds
The free celebration runs four hours and covers a lot of ground: fourteen local pop-up vendors, live music, mini tarot readings, healing sessions, and giveaways throughout the afternoon.
Founder Krystia Rae will also give a talk about the vision behind Lavande and introduce the community of healers and facilitators who are part of the space.
Fresh From the New Café
The renovation brought a new organic café to the mix, serving whole-food options designed to nourish. Beverages include the Blueberry Dream Latte and the Salted Maple Cloud. Grab-and-go items – smoothie bowls, toasts, soups, and small bites with vegan and gluten-free options – are rolling out soon.

The first 50 people to sign up receive a curated wellness gift bag with crystals, self-care products, and goods from local makers. Spots are free – no reason to wait.
